Away from the city, noise and frenzy, embedded between the mountains of Sinai and directly at the beach of the red sea, the untouched nature invites us to unwind, relax and recharge.
Arriving there you can immediately feel the positive vibes which create a deep feeling of wellbeing.
A unique opportunity to put aside the phone and laptop, to read the book which is untouched since christmas, to meditate and forget about your social media.
The smooth sand of the beach invites you for a walk, the ocean is plain and flat and at night the starry sky is clear and breathtaking. In the morning you wake up with the sound of the waves, the first sunbeams and enjoy the magical quietness of nature.
At night one can sit together, talk and play in the main area or sing and dance at a bonfire to the sound of a guitar.
A great way to learn about the culture of a country is through the regional cuisine, thats why there’ll be served mainly typical native dishes.

For our nutritional wellbeing the chefs will respond to every individual need of the participants.

Functional Fitness, calisthenics/bodyweight training, HIIT intervall- und circuit training, Animal Moves,
Natural Movement, Ido Portal Method, Joseph Bartz Training,
Floorwork, partner-games and exercises, dance elements, coordination training,
mobility and stretching, balancing, corrective exercises,
Yoga, relaxation and meditation.

Our focus in Movement training is health (physical and mental/emotional) and self discovery. We believe in variety and exploration as medicine for the body and soul.
We met during the 2021 Joseph Bartz Movement Trainer Certification and realized that we had been living quite close to each other. Soon we found out that we get along very well, have the same approach to movement and training with complementary skills and years of experience in coaching.

Mark started out quite heady with studying Philosophy and Religious Studies, but after he discovered Yoga and it’s benefits he quickly went down the Rabbit hole of movement and training. On the way he became a massage therapist specializing in fascia, a Yoga teacher (2008), Pilates instructor, MovNat-Natural Movement Fitness coach, certified in Joseph Bartz´s Movement Method and a passionate Acroyoga (=partner acrobatics) teacher and practitioner.
